Happy Fall, Y’all! While fall may not look the same in the south as it does our northern friends, we still enjoy all the fun and seasonal traditions it brings. We just get to do it in shorts. One of those beloved traditions we look forward to every year is seasonal treats and, of course, visiting a Waco Pumpkin Patch. So many great memories are made each fall while selecting the perfect pumpkin with which to carve, paint, or make bread or pies. So that leaves the question, which Waco Pumpkin Patch do you visit? I have a round-up of 3 fantastic options to make your tradition list.
Central Christian Church has been a local pumpkin patch favorite since 2006. They open the lot every day during October from 10:00 AM to 7:30 p.m. to enjoy and make memories. Their pumpkins vary in price based on size from $0.75 – $50.00. Every penny you spend buying a pumpkin goes into the youth ministry helping kids in your community. How wholesome is that! Central Christian Church Pumpkin Patch is located at 4901 Lakeshore Drive, Waco, Texas 76710.
This farm is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for seasonal festivities! They believe in traditions and making memories count. They go all out for their festival with lots of things to enjoy. You will find over 20 attractions, including a Wine Bar and Biergarten for adults. But everyone in Waco enjoys the pumpkin patch, photo spots, pumpkin house, and even axe throwing! Additionally, they provide live music for all ages!
Their fall festival is from September 17- October 30th, only on Saturdays and Sundays. Robinson Family Ranch is located at 2651 Bob White Rd. Temple, TX 76501. For tickets, visit their website.
Open during the last 3 weekends of October on Saturdays and Sundays, you and your family can enjoy all the fun fall festivities. They go all out to make it fun for the community and have plenty of celebrations to keep the whole family smiling and laughing. If you think of a fall festival, then this ranch has it. Pumpkins, Hayrides, food trucks, horses, games, and a petting zoo are just some highlights of their fantastic festival! In addition to all the fun, the price of admission is charged per car and includes a small pumpkin. Your family will have a great time celebrating fall at Sancho Rancho, located at 981 Coyote Run, Waco, TX 76705. To stay up to date on all their fun, follow them on Facebook!
With options like these, choosing which Waco Pumpkin Patch may still be a challenge! You can always plan to visit each one or even make it a tradition to rotate which ones to visit each year. Seeing your family grin ear to ear as they find pumpkins, play games, help the community, and more will fill your heart with joy. You can also count on it making some truly unforgettable memories to cherish. It’s time to get out and FALL for tradition and seasonal goodness.
